Southeastern Banking Corporation Announces Fourth Quarter 2003 Dividend DARIEN, Ga., Dec. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Southeastern Banking Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: SEBC) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular cash dividend of $0.125 per share and an extra dividend of $0.515 on its common stock for the fourth quarter of 2003. The dividend is payable on January 4, 2004 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 19, 2003. Southeastern Banking Corporation is the parent holding company of Southeastern Bank and SBC Financial Services, Inc., both headquartered in Darien, Georgia.
