Southeastern Banking Corporation Announces First Quarter 2004 Dividend DARIEN, Ga., March 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Southeastern Banking Corporation announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular cash dividend of $0.125 per shareon its common stock for the first quarter of 2004. The dividend is payable on April 12, 2004 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 26, 2004.
