                              Appointment of a Director


Quayle Munro Holdings PLC has today appointed Stephen Cameron Bell (aged 37) as
an executive director of the Company. Mr Bell joined Quayle Munro Limited, the
wholly owned subsidiary of Quayle Munro Holdings PLC, as an assistant director
in the corporate finance advisory team.  As at the date of this announcement he
has no beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of
the Company.  Directorships held over the five years preceding the date of
appointment are as follows:
