beneficiaries, purchased on 1 August 2003 1,009,136 ordinary 50p shares of the
Company at an average price of #1.472049 each and on 8 August 2003 418,624
ordinary 50p shares of the Company at an average price of #1.468565 each.   The
shares are registered in the name of Greenwood Nominees Limited.
