Parkman Group plc ('Parkman')
Directorate change
Parkman announces that Richard Archer, Ian Howitt, Robert Jordan, Professor Sir
Michael Lyons and Rodney Westhead have resigned from the Board with immediate
effect.
Kevin Young, currently the finance director of Mouchel plc, has been appointed
to the Board with immediate effect as finance director.
This follows today's announcement by Mouchel plc that its offer for Parkman has
been declared unconditional in all respects.
There are no further details to be disclosed in relation to Kevin Young's
appointment under paragraph 16.4 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing
Authority.
