CHANGE OF NAME TO MOUCHEL PARKMAN PLC
The Company announces that following the offer for Parkman Group plc ("Parkman")
being declared unconditional in all respects earlier today, the name of the
Company has now been changed to Mouchel Parkman plc.
The Company also announces that as anticipated in the Offer Document dated 26
August 2003, Jim Harding has resigned as Chief Executive of Mouchel Parkman plc,
but will remain on the board as a non-executive director. In addition, Richard
Cuthbert, the current Chief Executive of Parkman, has joined the board of
Mouchel Parkman plc as Chief Executive. Richard Archer, Professor Sir Michael
Lyons and Rodney Westhead, former directors of Parkman, have also joined the
board of Mouchel Parkman plc as non-executive directors.
