The ISO 9001:2000 certification independently verifies that P-Com's management

"We are gratified to have received our upgraded ISO Certification," said P-Com
CEO Sam Smookler. "It is a reflection of the quality culture we are building
here at P-Com. Our goal is to have 'best in class' business processes that will
enable us to beat our customers' expectations for quality and service. The
dedicated team of people here at P-Com is committed to driving out mediocrity in
all aspects of our business and through continuous improvement programs to use
superior quality as a competitive advantage in our markets."
"The ISO 9001:2000 certification is good news for P-Com and reflects the quality
of the management systems we have in place," said Don Meiners, P-Com Vice
President of Operations. "The renewed certification also helps us compete in the
marketplace."
