"Animal Miracles", has been licensed to Discovery Communication Inc.'s ANIMAL
PLANET in the United States.

Peace Arch's U.S. distributor, Program Partners of Santa Monica, California,
represented the program to ANIMAL PLANET. The sale was facilitated by Peace
Arch's Vancouver-based documentary, lifestyle and realty television division,
The Eyes Project Development Corp.

Animal Miracles is a 39 episode, one hour format, documentary series that
explores the powerful relationship between people and animals and is hosted by
seven-time Emmy nominee Alan Thicke. The series features dramatic recreations
of events involving animals rescuing people during natural and man-made
disasters, as well as the passionate and inspiring efforts of people across
North America to help animals in need. The series began airing Monday-Friday on
ANIMAL PLANET in late March in the U.S.A. Animal Miracles is seen every week in
Canada on LIFE NETWORK, an Alliance Atlantis Network.
