Transfer of Shares

The Company today announces the transfer of 30,300 ordinary shares of 5p each in
OverNet Data plc ("Shares") from Mr Frank Tilston to Mr David Tilston by means
of a gift.

Following the transfer, David Tilston will be interested in 42,216 Shares,
representing approximately 1.07% of the current issued ordinary share capital of
the Company of 3,955,648 Shares.
