        Boughey Distribution to manage a consolidation depot for Tesco

Boughey Distribution Ltd, the Distribution division of NWF Group plc, the
diversified sales and distribution business, has been invited by Tesco to manage
a dedicated consolidation depot at Winsford, Cheshire.

Boughey has taken a fifteen year lease on a new warehouse on an industrial
estate in Winsford. This lease has a break clause at five years. After
installing racking, the warehouse will have a capacity of 12,500 pallets.
Filling of the warehouse is now in progress with full utilisation expected by
the end of October.

Boughey is already a major player in the logistics chain for Tesco and
distributes consolidated loads nationally for a number of Tesco suppliers, both
branded and private label.

grocery industry and we very much see this as a step on the way to a possible
building programme at our own site at Wardle nearby."
