Application has been made for 526 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading
on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange pursuant to
the exercise of SAYE share options at #1.93 each. The new shares will rank pari
passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company, and trading is expected
