Nationwide Responds after Severe Weather Hits Columbus and Central Ohio

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Oct. 5  /PRNewswire/ -- Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. claim representatives and agents are assisting customers in Columbus and central Ohio in response to the damages caused by severe storms that hit the area on Wednesday evening.

Nationwide's claims teams are prepared to provide a quick response to customers needs.  Temporary drive-in centers will be established in the area to assess auto claims.  An appointment will be necessary and can be made by calling 1-800-421-3535.

Most of the claims being filed from the storms involve wind and hail damage to personal property and automobiles.  Claims are being reported from Hillard on the west side of the metro area to Blacklick on the east side of town.
