advised by the company that the third paragraph below the heading Corporate and
Other Segment, second sentence, should read "The interest-spread margin for the
medium-term notes business was 148 basis points, compared to 183 basis points
in the same quarter last year and 130 basis points last quarter" rather than
"160 basis points, compared to 183 basis points in the same quarter last
year..."
