RESULTS OF JOINT VENTURE

The Company is pleased to announce that its 50 per cent joint venture, Bionic
Productions Limited ("BPL"), has reported an encouraging set of maiden results
for the seven month period ended 31 December 2002.

On the back of the Company's initial investment of #35,000, BPL has reported
pretax profits before management charges of #44,000 on turnover of #308,000.
The Company's share of this will be incorporated into the Group's interim
results for the half year ended 31 December 2002 which are expected to be
announced on 18 March 2003.

During this start-up period period, BPL was appointed to act in respect of:

  * 9 major PFI bids with national and international contracting consortia;
  * 2 contract dispute resolution projects;
  * 12 commercial new media assignments;
  * 3 environmental awareness campaigns; and
  * 1 operations and maintenance project for a large retail organization

Subsequent to the period end BPL has secured further projects for major
customers including Barclays Bank plc, Defence Estates and the Skanska/Mill PFI
bid.  The order book remains good.

Peter Elliott-Hughes, NBA Quantum PLC Chief Executive, commented:

areas of industry."
