Directors' shareholding

The Company announces that Mr. P D Elliott-Hughes, co-founder and Managing
Director of NBA, yesterday sold 140,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price
of 55p per share in the Company.

The disposal was made to facilitate the acquisition of meaningful holdings by
two Directors. Mr. Elliott-Hughes remains fully committed to leading the
continued growth and development of the business.

As a result of this disposal Mr. Elliott-Hughes now has an interest in 1,949,881
ordinary shares, representing 32.34% of the company's issued share capital.

The Company also announces the purchase of shares by two Directors of the
Company.

Mr. D Ridley, Executive Chairman of NBA, purchased 35,000 ordinary shares of 10p
at a price of 47p per share on 6 November 2003 and 100,000 ordinary shares of
10p each in the Company at a price of 55p per share yesterday.

Mr. D Fishwick, a Director of NBA, yesterday purchased 40,000 shares at 55p per
share and 11,000 shares at 48p per share in the Company.

As a result of these acquisitions, Mr. Ridley now has an interest in 468,333
ordinary shares, representing 7.77% of the Company's issued share capital and
Mr. Fishwick now has an interest in 51,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.85%
of the company's issued share capital.
