ANNOUNCEMENT
The Board of MITIE announces that as a result of continued ill health, David
Telling has decided to stand down as Executive Chairman.
The Board is pleased that he will remain a Non Executive Director and as the
founder and inspiration of the Group, he has accepted the position of Life
President.
David Ord, who has been a Non Executive Director of the Group since October
2002, has accepted the position of Non Executive Chairman. Sir John Jennings
will remain as Deputy Chairman.
