Media Square plc Appoints Collins Stewart as NOMAD and
Corporate Finance Advisor
Media Square plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of
Collins Stewart as its Nominated Advisor (NOMAD) and Broker. The appointment is
effective immediately. Collins Stewart replaces Brown Shipley which has worked
with Media Square since the Company's flotation in Autumn 2000.
Commenting on the appointment, Media Square's chairman, Kevin Steeds, said:
"We are delighted at the prospect of working with the Collins Stewart team and
believe that their appointment marks another significant milestone in the
development of our business."
Media Square has completed six acquisitions during the current year and recently
raised #3.7 million of new equity. The Company now employs around 180 people at
offices in Leeds, Manchester and London and its market capitalisation has risen
five fold in the last six months.
