New non-executive director
Melrose Resources plc, the oil and gas exploration and production company with
interests in Bulgaria, Egypt and USA, today announced that Kelvin Hudson is to
join the Board of Directors as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Mr Hudson is Managing Director of Saffery Champness Management International
Limited in Guernsey and a non-executive director of Terrace Hill Group plc.
