                               Additional Listing



Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock
Exchange for 180,000 new Ordinary Shares of 10p each to be admitted to the
Official List and to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's
market for listed securities. It is expected that Admission will become
effective and that dealings in the new Ordinary Shares will commence on 16 April
2003.  The new Ordinary Shares have been issued for cash at 50 pence per share
pursuant to the authority granted to the Directors at the Extraordinary General
Meeting of the Company held on 24 February 2003.  The application is being made
in order to correct an administrative error made in connection with the
registration of new Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the Rights Issue. The new
Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
