Morse completes acquisition of Systematics Technology Solutions GmbH which will
             now trade as Morse Technology Solutions GmbH

Further to its announcement of 12 November 2003, Morse plc, the technology
integrator, announces that it has completed its acquisition of German storage
solution and computer supply company, Systematics Technology Solutions GmbH,
having received satisfactory clearances from the relevant competition
authorities.

Going forward, the acquired business will trade as Morse Technology Solutions
GmbH.
