M6 METROPOLE TELEVISION : Cessation of a Liquidity Contract

With effective date December 31 2012, METROPOLE TELEVISION (Paris:MMT) has ended its liquidity contract with the investment services provider EXANE BNP Paribas.

At this date, the following assets were booked to the liquidity account:

• 128 548 shares
• 1 231 657,91 €

For information, on June 29 2012, date of the last liquidity contract statement, the following assets were booked to the liquidity account:

• 124 885 shares M6 Métropole Télévision
• 1 309 249 €

IMPLEMENTATION OF A LIQUIDITY CONTRACT

By contract dated of December 7, 2012, METROPOLE TELEVISION has assigned the investment services provider NATIXIS the task of implementing a liquidity contract in compliance with the AMAFI charter of September 20th, 2008 approved by the AMF on the 1st of October 2008.This contract, signed for one year, and renewable every year by tacit consent, has been implemented on January 2nd 2013.

To implement this contract, the following assets were allocated to the liquidity account:

• 128 548 shares
• 1 231 657,91 €
