                     Multi Group Plc ("Multi" or "Company")

                          Disposal of software assets

The directors of Multi are please to announce that on 13 October 2003 they
entered into a conditional agreement with Toga Sales Limited ("Toga") to dispose
of the assets and goodwill relating to the "Genesys Hire Package" software owned
by Multi Global Business Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company,
for a consideration of #325,000 payable in cash in four tranches.  The initial
tranche of #75,000 was paid on completion and further payments are due on 31
October 2003, 31 January 2004 and 31 March 2004.  The total consideration to be
received will be reduced to an aggregate of #300,000 payable in three tranches
if Toga is able to pay at least #270,000 of the funds due to the Company by 31
October 2003.  In the year ended 31 December 2001 a profit of approximately
#46,000 was attributable to the Genesys Hire Package, on revenue of #835,000.
The Proceeds of the disposal will be used for working capital purposes.

The disposal is part of a continuing program undertaken by the directors of
Multi to refocus on the core hire business of the Multi Group in order to
restore shareholder value.
