Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange plc for a total of 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each fully paid
("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

It is expected that admission will be granted on 8 August 2003 and admission and
trading will commence on Monday 11 August 2003. These Shares are being reserved
under a block listing and will be issued as a result of the exercise of share
options pursuant to the following schemes:
