                                Issue of Equity

Further to the announcement on 1 May 2003, the Company has applied to AIM for
the admission of 43,859 new ordinary shares as consideration for the first
tranche of the Advance Notices under its Equity Line of Credit. Dealings are
expected to start on 21 May 2003.
