Interest Free Loan Extended to KeyWorld
KeyWorld Investments plc (KeyWorld) has arranged an unsecured loan of
approximately #420,000 from one is its major shareholders, Lifestyle Investments
Limited. The funds will be used to further the development of the KeyWorld Bond,
a leisure investment product that KeyWorld expects to launch in the fourth
quarter of 2003. The loan bears no interest and is for five years.
