American Stock Exchange Lists the Common Stock of Kodiak Oil & Gas Corporation

NEW YORK, June 21  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today listed the common stock of Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. under the ticker symbol KOG.

Kodiak is engaged in the exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas in the Greater Green River Basin and the Williston Basin, both located in the Rocky Mountain region.
