SAN FRANCISCO, March 14  /PRNewswire/ -- Hoefer & Arnett technology analyst,
Mark Miller, has raised Keithley Instruments from a hold to a buy. Keithley
continues to show both solid top and bottom line growth. We also believe
Keithley is gaining traction in the rf parametric test equipment market for
semiconductors. As such, we are raising Keithley Instruments from a hold to a
buy with a one year price target of $22.00.
