ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J., June 16  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Jinpan International
Limited (JST) -- According to The Board of Directors resolution on February 1,
2005, Jinpan International Limited declared a cash dividend of 20 Cents per
share of common stock for the year 2005. The company already made the first
distribution of 10 Cents per share on March 10, 2005.  The Company will make
second distribution of 10 cent per share on August 26,2005, to the shareholders
of record on August 12,2005.

As the premier manufacturer of cast coil transformers in China, we plan to
become a more global company by gaining market shares in the other regions of
