iTouch plc (the "Company")



On 25 March 2003, the Company announced that it had agreed conditionally to
acquire all the issued shares in the Movilisto group, a leading provider of
applications and services via premium SMS in Spain, for a maximum consideration
of Euro 60 million (the "Acquisition"). The Company is pleased to announce that
all of the resolutions proposed at its Extraordinary General Meeting held
yesterday, including a resolution to approve the Acquisition, were passed.
Completion of the Acquisition will take place following the admission of
74,733,718 new ordinary shares in the Company, to be issued as consideration for
the Acquisition, to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading
on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. Admission of these
shares is expected to take place tomorrow, 4 June 2003.



A copy of the Company's listing particulars dated 8 May 2003 has been submitted
to the UK Listing Authority. It will be made available for viewing at the UK
Listing Authority's viewing facility which is situated at The Financial Services
Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
