                        Appointment of Finance Director


iTouch is pleased to announce that Michael Angelo Le Houx has been appointed to
the position of Finance Director from 11 August 2003 and will also be appointed
to the Board of iTouch plc.


Le Houx, aged 44, was previously Finance Director of The Terence Chapman Group
Plc*, the specialist provider of business and IT consultancy services to the
finance sector. Before that he worked for P-E International Plc as Finance
Director of their computer services business.


Commenting on the appointment, Ivan Fallon, Chairman of iTouch said "We are
pleased to welcome Michael to the company at a very exciting time in the
development of iTouch. Michael will bring a wealth of experience to the group,
joining a successful and experienced team which has taken the company well down
the road towards its objective of becoming the number one mobile media company
in Europe."


* The Terence Chapman Group plc was placed in members' voluntary liquidation on
21 July 2003. There are no other disclosures to be made under Listing Rule 6.F.2
of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
