                                  Board Appointment





The Board is pleased to announce the appointment today of Gavin O' Reilly as a
non-executive director of the company.



Gavin O'Reilly is the Chief Operating Officer of Independent News & Media plc
which is a major shareholder in iTouch.  He is currently also a director of News
& Media NZ Ltd and was formerly managing director of Independent Newspapers
(Ireland) Limited.



Ivan Fallon, Chairman, comments;

benefit of his broad business experience and media contacts."



The Company also announces it has received notice of resignation of
non-executive director James Parkinson from the Board with effect from today.

contribution, particularly on the Audit Committee and for helping to steer the
company since IPO in 2000.  We wish him well for the future."



iTouch plc confirms that there are no other details which require to be
disclosed under paragraph 6F.2b - g of the UKLA Listing Rules with respect to
Gavin O'Reilly.
