                     Additional Listing



Application has been made for a total of 1,993,082 Ordinary 1p shares to the UK
Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the new shares to be
admitted to the Official list and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.



The shares have been issued in connection with the deferred purchase following
the earn-out relating to the acquisition of Holliday Group Limited (561,596
Ordinary 1p shares) and the initial purchase (1,256,486 Ordinary 1p shares) as
detailed in the announcement dated 15 December 2000.



The balance of 175,000 have been issued as a result of exercises of option from
the Company's two Share Option Scheme's the iTouch plc 2000 non inland revenue
approved executive share option scheme and the iTouch plc 2000 non employee
share option scheme.



All these shares rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary 1p shares and
dealings are expected to commence on 21 October 2003.
