GROUP Business Software to Acquire Lotus911

GROUP Business Software AG (Frankfurt:INW), the world’s largest provider of business solutions built for IBM Lotus software, today announced that it will acquire the Atlanta, Ga. based Lotus911. The integration of Lotus911 should be completed by the end of the year. The deal will not only expand the product portfolio of GROUP, but extend its North American presence, adding resources in the Southeast, Midwest and on the West Coast.
