Notification pursuant to Section 198 Companies Act 1985

We hereby advise you pursuant to Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 ("the
Act"), as amended by Section 134 of the Companies Act 1989, that as a result of
a sale of 12,429,398 shares in Infast Group Plc on 24 July 2003, J 0 Hambro
Capital Management Limited, North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust
PLC and Oryx International Growth Fund Limited, who had previously been parties
to an agreement to which section 204 of the Act applies, are now no longer
interested in any of the issued share capital of Infast Group Plc.

Therefore the afore-mentioned parties no longer have a notifiable holding.
