                                 Trading Update


Imprint Search & Selection plc ("Imprint" or the "Company"), the branded
multi-disciplined search and selection business quoted on the Alternative
Investment Market, is issuing this trading statement ahead of its preliminary
results for the year ended 31 December 2003, scheduled for release on 1 March
2004.

Imprint's trading results have continued to improve and the Board expects to
report profits before tax for the year ended 31 December 2003 that are
marginally ahead of expectations.

Imprint has continued to grow its market share by winning new clients, further
developing existing clients and broadening its sector offerings.  Both the
retained order book and the pipeline of future prospects continue to strengthen.
In light of this, the Board believes that the Company's financial performance
should improve substantially in 2004.
