HANNOVER, Germany (CeBIT 2005) and FREMONT, Calif., March 10  /PRNewswire/ --
Wintec Industries, Inc., a leading manufacturer of memory modules and
distributor of computer parts and consumer electronics, today announced that
Infineon Technologies AG (NYSE: IFX; FSE) has granted the company channel sales
rights in North and South America for its Aeneon(TM) memory modules. As an
Authorized Master Channel Partner, Wintec will market Aeneon DRAM modules
primarily to its White Box Solutions customers, as the product line offers
distinct price-performance advantages to manufacturers of industry-standard PCs
and notebooks.

Wintec made its announcement at CeBIT 2005, one of the world's leading events
for information technology, telecommunications, software and services, where it
will showcase Aeneon DDR-400 MHz and DDR2-533 MHz modules in Hall 20, Booth
A19.
