LSI Completes Purchase of Infineon Hard Drive Semiconductor Business

MILPITAS, Calif., April 28  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- LSI Corporation (NYSE:LSI) today announced that it has completed the purchase of the assets of the hard disk drive semiconductor (HDD) business of Infineon Technologies AG (FSE/ NYSE: IFX) under terms of a definitive agreement signed on March 7, 2008.
