RNS Number:1349Q Inflexion PLC 24 September 2003 24 September 2003 Board Changes Inflexion plc, the UK mid-market private equity investor, today announces the resignation of Michael Freeman, currently non-executive Chairman, and Tim Hely Hutchinson, non-executive director. Michael and Tim joined the Inflexion Board immediately prior to the flotation in April 2000. With immediate effect, existing non-executive director, Andrew Shaw has been appointed as Chairman and Andrew Burns, currently on the Inflexion Advisory Panel, joins the Board as a non-executive director. Michael Freeman, outgoing Chairman, commented: "In the last few months the Company has successfully reached a number of milestones, and with Tim and I having been directors for the past three and a half years, we felt that it was time for new appointments. Prior to joining British Linen, Andrew was Group Finance Director of Arjo Wiggins Appleton and prior to that a Director in the Investment Banking Division of Schroders.
