                            Result of AGM and EGM


ID Data, the card solutions and intellectual property company ("the Company"),
is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual
General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting held today were duly passed.


Accordingly, Shareholders approved the Loan Note Instrument dated 1 August 2003
allowing the Company to issue up to #4 million secured convertible loan notes
2008.  A further update will be provided in due course.


In his statement to Shareholders, the Chairman Mike Blackburn said: "The Company
has made a positive start to the financial year and we remain optimistic about
prospects for the business."
