The Company has also been notified today that James Hay Pension Trustees Limited ("James Hay"), being Peter Cox's pension fund, purchased 10,720,500 ordinary shares at 3.75p, bringing James Hay's shareholding to 15,245,380 representing 7.90 per cent of the Company's issued share capital. Peter Cox's total beneficial holding in the Company remains unchanged at 39,212,027 representing 20.32 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
