                          Non-Executive Board changes


Inter-Alliance, the UK's largest National IFA today announces the resignation of
one of its Non-Executive Directors, Mr Vincent Isaacs.

Mr Isaacs was formerly Chairman of Inter-Alliance and played a major part in
helping the Group to become the pre-eminent Company of its kind in the UK.

When a new executive team was introduced in January 2002, Mr Isaacs indicated a
desire to resign as soon as the new leadership team had established itself.  Mr
Isaacs has played a key role in ensuring a smooth transition and now leaves with
the very best wishes and gratitude of the Board of Inter-Alliance and many of
its staff and IFAs.

Mr Isaacs will be replaced on the Board by Mr Tom Morton.

Mr Morton, who is 52, is a Chartered Accountant.  With Price Waterhouse from
1979, he was a Tax Partner from 1987 until 1999 when he advised on corporate
taxation issues and worked closely with the Corporate Finance Department to
devise and implement tax efficient structures for a wide range of transactions.

Mr Morton is now a Trustee of a Company Pension Fund and also of a number of
trusts for specific clients.  He consults on mergers and acquisitions.

As a former Non-Executive Director of HST Financial plc (now part of the
Inter-Alliance group), Mr Morton has extensive experience of the IFA Sector.

Mr Morton has no current directorships.  His previous directorships within the
last five years have been with HST Financial plc and Liverpool Society of
Chartered Accountants Limited.  There are no other matters to be disclosed in
accordance with the AIM Rules.
