Further to the announcement on 2 December 2003, HPD today announces that all of
the resolutions proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company
held today were duly passed. The 89,692,574 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in HPD
issued as consideration for the acquisition of Minera, will be admitted to AIM
on 19 December 2003.
