Galleon Holdings plc Acquires All Rights In Its Children's Properties PC Pepper
                                   And Oggies


"100% ownership will always be our target," says Galleon Chairman, Jim Driscoll.

West Midlands, 8 October: Galleon Holdings plc ('Galleon'), the AIM-quoted
cross-media company, today announced the acquisition of the remaining
intellectual property rights, which it did not already own, in the children's
properties PC Pepper and Oggies, giving the Group total ownership.


PC Pepper's creator, Rob Lee, (who also created successful children's property
Fireman Sam) has sold his 50% rights' ownership to Galleon for a consideration
of 20 million shares in the Company issued at 1p per share. Lee has been
retained by Galleon to provide creative input for both design and scripts.


The remaining 50% rights' ownership in Oggies has also been acquired by Galleon
from Vincent Walker for a consideration of 5 million shares at 1p. Furthermore,
100% of the copyright to the property has been acquired by Galleon from Rob Lee
for a consideration of 1 million shares issued at 1p. Rob Lee designed and drew
the characters, and will continue to be involved creatively. These transactions
give Galleon 100% ownership.


Jim Driscoll, Galleon's Chairman, commented today, "This further displays
Galleon's commitment to acquiring total ownership of rights, thereby adding
value to our IPR portfolio. It gives us greater leverage when negotiating with
third parties, and allows us to be masters of our own destiny. I am delighted
that the two rights' owners have demonstrated their confidence in Galleon by
taking shares. This sends a strong signal that they believe in the Company's
future, and in particular our IPR ownership strategy. 100% ownership will always
be our target."
