                               HOLDING IN COMPANY





The Company has received notification from Schroder Investment Management
Limited dated 4 September 2003, that they hold an interest of 1,148,315 ordinary
shares, representing 11.16% of the entire issued share capital of the Company,
which are held in portfolios managed by Schroder Investment Management Limited
on a discretionary basis for clients under investment management agreements.



Included in this figure are the following:



(a)     844,415 shares held in unit trust(s) operated and managed by an
affiliated company, Schroder Unit Trusts Limited ("SUTL"), and registered or to
be registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited.



(b)     303,900 shares neither registered or to be registered in the name of
Schroder Nominees.  The registration details are shown below:
