WHEELING, W.Va., Nov. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- President and Chief Executive Officer, Sylvan J. Dlesk announced that the Board of Directors of First West Virginia Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE:FWV) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 19 cents per share to be paid to its shareholders for the fourth quarter of 2009. The dividend will be paid on December 15, 2009 to shareholders of record on December 1, 2009.
