Firm, Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire N5R
Partnership extends XA's global capabilities
CHICAGO, April 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Experiential Agency(TM)
(BULLETIN BOARD: EXAG) (XA) announced today that they have signed a letter of
intent with N5R, a national digital marketing company based in Toronto,
Ontario. The partnership will extend XA's capabilities into the $63 billion
digital marketing industry. "With two-thirds of marketers using digital
marketing as a strategic tool, XA will be able to better serve not only its
existing clients, but reach out to new and larger audiences with individualized
branding messages," said XA CEO Frank Goldstin.
Digital marketing is a world without borders. In June of 2003, 1 billion text
messages were sent in the United States, with Canadians sending more than 32
million person-to-person text messages during September 2003. "Clearly
communications has increased in its immediacy and pace," Goldstin said. "XA
believes that to reach out to audiences in a personal way, marketers must
include digital marketing in their event planning."
N5R was founded in 1998 by Roman Bodnarchuk, chairman and CEO of the company.
The company provides integrated marketing campaigns including direct mail,
email, network/word-of-mouth marketing, kiosks and traditional marketing
disciplines to global brands including Microsoft, Staples, Ford, Excite Canada,
and Seagram's.
