BOSTON, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Eaton Vance Management, the Boston-based investment adviser, announced the monthly distributions declared on the common shares of three of its closed-end equity funds (the "Funds"). The record date for the distributions is December 24, 2009, and the payable date is December 31, 2009. The ex-date is December 22, 2009. The distribution per share, closing market price on December 14, 2009 (or last trade price), and annualized market yield for each Fund are as follows: Closing Distribution Market Annualized Fund Per Share Price Yield Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Dividend Income Fund (NYSE:EVT) $0.1075 $15.86 8.13% Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Global Dividend Income Fund (NYSE:ETG) $0.1025 $13.73 8.96% Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Global Dividend Opportunities Fund (NYSE:ETO) $0.1167 $19.18 7.30% It is also anticipated that each of the Funds will accelerate the declaration and payment of its January 2010 monthly distribution to avoid being subject to 2009 federal excise tax. The Funds' January distributions are expected to be payable in early January to shareholders of record on December 31, 2009. In February 2010, each Fund expects to resume its regular monthly distribution and payment schedule. The Funds are managed by Eaton Vance Management, a subsidiary of Eaton Vance Corp.
