Director's Shareholding



Entertainment Rights yesterday received notification from Robin Scott Lyons, a
director of the Company, that on 16 May 2003 his partner, Ms. Caroline Lamb,
sold 45,000 (approximately 0.02 per cent.) ordinary shares of 5 pence each in
the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8 pence per share.
Ms. Lamb's resultant holding is now 55,000 Ordinary Shares. As a result of the
sale, Mr Lyons is deemed to be interested in 3,954,550 Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 1.5 per cent. of the current issued share capital of
the Company.
