OFFERS FOR SUBSCRIPTION OF NEW A SHARES ('THE OFFERS')



Further to the announcement dated 5 March 2003, the Directors of Enterprise VCT
announce an allotment of a further 226 new A Shares at an Offer Price of 88
pence per share. Therefore, when added to the new A Shares allotted yesterday, a
total of 39,997 new A Shares have been allotted.



Dealings in the 226 additional new A Shares are also expected to commence on
Friday 7 March 2003 and definitive documents of title are expected to be
despatched by Wednesday 12 March 2003.
