OFFERS FOR SUBSCRIPTION OF NEW A SHARES ('THE OFFERS')


The Directors of Enterprise VCT have announced an allotment on Wednesday 5 March
2003 of 39,771 new A Shares pursuant to the Offers. The Offer Price at which the
new A Shares were issued was 88 pence per new A Share.

Dealings in the new A Shares are expected to commence on Friday 7 March 2003 and
definitive documents of title are expected to be despatched by Wednesday 12
March 2003.
